Summary:

Ascension is currently seeking an experienced RN Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry Kidney Transplant. This is a full-time position located at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for qualified candidates. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate patient care across disciplines. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition
• Coordinate care across disciplines
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at the time of hire
