Details:

At Rosebud Village, Registered Dietitians play a crucial role in enhancing the overall health and quality of life for our residents. You will assess nutritional status and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized nutritional care plans. As a member of our team, you will interview residents and their families, update information for care plans, and work cooperatively with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will conduct regular meal observations and ensure residents receive proper nutrition.

Responsibilities:

• Use clinical knowledge and experience to perform assessments and identify residents' current needs for nutrition services
• Interview residents, family members, legal representatives, and significant others to obtain and update information for individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary and clinical teams
• Conduct regular meal observations and interview staff and residents to ensure they receive adequate nutrition

Qualifications:

• Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration
• Hold a current certification and/or license in the state of practice
• Preferred: Nutrition documentation experience
