Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical 6 East - Oncology unit, you will:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must:

• Hold current BLS Provider certification
• Be a Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing
• Have a diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
