Responsibilities
As an RN Registered Nurse in the Dialysis department, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and monitoring patient care plans
- Recording and communicating patient condition
- Coordinating all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Carrying out physician and nursing orders
- Assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentials from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at the time of hire
