Responsibilities

As an RN Registered Nurse in the Dialysis department, your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans
• Recording and communicating patient condition
• Coordinating all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Carrying out physician and nursing orders
• Assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date
  • Registered Nurse credentials from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
• Education:
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at the time of hire
