Job Description:

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is an acute-care community teaching hospital that offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will administer respiratory therapy, including oxygen and other medical gases, aerosolized medications, positive pressure breathing devices, ventilators, and resuscitation devices. You will also perform pulmonary diagnostic procedures and assessments. Your dedication will directly contribute to the well-being and recovery of our patients.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an AMA approved school of respiratory therapy
• Current Connecticut RCP license
• RRT or CRTT certification
• Previous experience in an acute care setting
• Effective communication skills
