Responsibilities:

• Supervise patient care and treatments, including assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Foster patient recovery by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients during their stays, which typically start at two weeks.
• Embrace professional growth opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure required in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred (assistance in obtaining certification may be provided).
• One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
