Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will channel your knowledge, skills, ambition, and experience to inspire your patients to progress each day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising care and treatments for patients
• Leading patient assessments
• Creating personalized plans of care
• Addressing patient concerns and offering solutions
• Demonstrating empathy and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Building rewarding relationships with patients
• Helping patients regain control of their lives and achieve independence

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have the following:

• Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification (preferred)
• 1 or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred)
