Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising patient care and treatments
• Leading patient assessments
• Creating personalized care plans
• Resolving patient concerns

You'll have the time to learn about each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs and play a crucial role in their recovery. Our stays typically last two weeks, allowing you to build rewarding relationships with our patients.

Requirements

To be successful as a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you'll need:

• Current RN licensure appropriate to state regulations
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can assist you in obtaining it!)
• One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
