Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
• Supervise and coordinate care, treatment, and services provided by LPN/LVNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff
• Communicate patient concerns and changes in condition to supervisor and/or physician in a timely manner

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
