- Shift: 7PM - $17 differential
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing, planning, and coordinating patient care based on the Watson Model of Care
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (preferred) or Associate's degree in nursing
- Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in the Emergency Department
- Current California Nursing license
- Certification in Emergency Department Nursing (preferred)
- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Completion of Emergency Nursing Department course (preferred)
- Electronic Medical Record experience (preferred)
