• Location: El Monte, CA
• Shift: 7PM - $17 differential

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing, planning, and coordinating patient care based on the Watson Model of Care
• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (preferred) or Associate's degree in nursing
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in the Emergency Department
• Current California Nursing license
• Certification in Emergency Department Nursing (preferred)
• Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Completion of Emergency Nursing Department course (preferred)
• Electronic Medical Record experience (preferred)
