As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of your patients. In this role, you will supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. To qualify for the Registered Nurse position, you must have the appropriate RN licensure for the state and hold current CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification is preferred, and if you do not currently hold it, we can assist you in obtaining it. Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients through supervising care and treatments
• Lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans
• Target and resolve patient concerns
• Understand each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Build rewarding relationships with patients

Requirements

• Current RN licensures appropriate to state regulations
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
• CRRN certification preferred (we can assist you in obtaining it)
• One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
