Details

At Rosebud Village, our Registered Dietitians are responsible for assessing the nutritional status of our residents and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized nutritional care plans. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and conduct regular meal observations to ensure residents are receiving adequate nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments to identify residents' current needs for nutrition services and those at nutritional risk
• Interview residents, family members, and significant others to gather necessary information for care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary and clinical teams
• Conduct regular meal observations and interview staff and residents to maintain adequate nutrition

Requirements

• Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration
• Hold a current certification and/or license in the state(s) of practice
• Preferred: Nutrition documentation experience
