Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Psychiatric Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-level clinical care to adults with behavioral health diagnoses. Your duties will include:

• Performing psychiatric evaluations of inpatient patients to determine Mental Health/Substance Abuse care needs
• Providing direct clinical psychosocial therapy to patients, utilizing individual, group, and family therapies
• Assessing each patient's age-specific needs and treatment using the principles of growth and development
• Working independently with little to no supervision

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure in the state of Connecticut
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong documentation and computer skills
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Bilingual in Spanish or Polish preferred
• Knowledge of EPIC is a plus
