Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, determine treatment strategies, and deliver or delegate services to remediate and rehabilitate physical dysfunction or pain
• Design and implement customized rehabilitation programs based on individual needs
• Utilize a multi-disciplinary approach in a therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with an experienced Rehab team to coordinate and optimize patient care

Requirements

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
• Must possess a Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
• New grads are welcome to apply
