Role and Responsibilities

As a Medical Technologist, you will:

• Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating illness.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address clinical and instrument issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
• Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Laboratory Scientist program
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a technologist in a clinical laboratory
• ASCP or equivalent categorical/generalist certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities
