Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments
• Coordination of the RAI process
• Provide oversight for Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Maintain quality outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an LPN
• Valid LPN license in the state of employment
• Three years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
• Experience with MDS/RAI process and/or case management preferred
