Details

As a Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (RN), you will:

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can help you obtain it!).
• 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
