Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns
• Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• ACLS within 1 year of hire
• CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can help you obtain it!)
• 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required
• 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred
