Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Oversee program operations, ensuring standards of efficiency in intake, service provision, and discharge
• Provide direction on clinical programming
• Develop and manage program budget in collaboration with Finance
• Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
• Monitor and report on key quality improvement indicators
• Collaborate with hospital, community, and statewide agencies
• Serve as a resource to the senior leadership team
• Work closely with the Court Stabilization Service Division (CSSD) on program contracts
• Provide leadership and management for direct reports, including staff training and development

Requirements

• Current CT licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, or psychologist
• Master's Degree in Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse field
• Five plus years of experience working with an adolescent behavioral health population
• Progressive clinical and administrative leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of clinical treatment modalities
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to engage, coach, and mentor direct reports and key stakeholders
