Summary: Rushford Center, a leading provider of addiction and mental health services, is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Adult Mental Health Outpatient team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care for clients and families across the continuum of care, ensuring access to treatment, performing assessments, and coordinating treatment plans. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client care using individual, couple, group, and family therapy tailored to each client's needs.
• Prepare accurate medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assess and plan care by evaluating the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of clients, organizing and prioritizing care, and advocating for appropriate resources.
• Educate clients and family members about available resources and support groups.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide an integrated delivery of healthcare.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and staff education activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Three years of experience providing direct services to psychiatric patients and substance use populations.
• Active CT LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LADC license.
• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) required for Latino Program.
