Responsibilities:

• Provide direct client care by conducting individual, couple, group, and family therapy sessions based on treatment plans.
• Prepare accurate and complete documentation to meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Evaluate the psychiatric and psychosocial needs of clients, prioritize care and treatment, and advocate for appropriate resources.
• Deliver in-home clinical services, crisis intervention, and support to clients and families.
• Educate clients and their families on available resources and support groups to facilitate recovery and treatment processes.
• Collaborate effectively across programs to support clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
• Negotiate client level of care and length of stay with managed care companies.
• Work with internal and external partners to provide integrated healthcare delivery.
• Conduct Emergency Evaluations for clients in the community, if required.
• Participate in team meetings, provide clinical supervision to staff, and engage in ongoing self-improvement through learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience providing direct services to psychiatric and substance use population.
• Previous experience in assessment, diagnosis, and individual/group therapy.
• Active CT License in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Alcohol & Drug Counselor, or Marital & Family Therapy.
